Get to know me...
I began my career far from the therapy room—working in marketing for household FMCG brands across London and the Midlands. I loved the creativity and pace of that world, but after starting a family, I felt a pull toward something that had always quietly called to me: supporting people more directly and meaningfully. That long-standing interest led me to retrain as a therapist.
My integrative training allows me to draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring sessions to the needs, strengths, and experiences of each individual I work with.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that people heal and grow best when they feel seen, heard, and accepted. My aim is to offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important—at your pace and in your own way.
Outside of my work, I’m an enthusiastic reader, an unapologetic cold-water swimmer (yes—one of those people!), and someone who finds joy in cooking, music, and long walks across the Malvern Hills.
