I support adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties. My approach is collaborative and thoughtful, allowing us to work at a pace that feels right for you.

I work using an integrative approach that combines CBT, Gestalt, and psychodynamic therapy. I focus on practical tools to help manage current difficulties, while also exploring emotional experiences, body awareness, and patterns in relationships. I gently look at how past experiences may still be shaping the present, allowing therapy to support both immediate change and deeper, longer-lasting growth.
