I offer counselling and psychotherapy online via Microsoft Teams and face-to-face in Malvern and Worcestershire, supporting adults with a range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you.
I work using an integrative approach, combining elements of CBT, Gestalt, and psychodynamic therapy. This allows me to offer practical tools to help manage current difficulties, while also creating space to explore emotional experiences, body awareness, and patterns in relationships. Together, we may gently look at how past experiences continue to shape the present, supporting both immediate change and deeper, longer-lasting growth.
