A free 15- minute chat
This is a relaxed, informal conversation where you can:

get a sense of what it might feel like to work with me

It’s also a chance for me to consider whether I’m the right person to support you. If I believe another type of professional or service would be more suitable, I’ll always let you know.

There’s no pressure to commit — it’s simply an opportunity for us both to see if we feel like a good fit.

An Initial Session
Your initial 50-minute session is a gentle space to begin exploring what has brought you to therapy.
We’ll talk about:

any concerns or questions you have

how we might work together​
There’s no expectation to share everything at once. We go at a pace that feels right for you.

A Regular Therapy Session
Sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly. You can bring anything that feels important: thoughts, feelings, worries, questions, memories, or patterns you’re noticing.

Therapy may feel different from week to week — sometimes lighter, sometimes more emotional. Both are normal parts of the process. Over time, many people experience:
